Byte, a leading IT service business based in Australia, announced today the acquisition of RiseCX, a market leader in Customer Experience with Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), consulting, and systems integration offerings. This is another step in Byte's roadmap in modernising and innovating the way people (customer and employees) work and collaborate.
Byte is a professional services and managed services provider that delivers end-to-end solutions in network connectivity, infrastructure (public and private Cloud), modern workplaces, security, and contact centres. The integration of RiseCX expands and extends our offering to market in the areas of Customer Experience and Digital. The key area of focus includes consulting services to drive adoption of the cloud platform features, methodology for customer journey mapping, innovation with the use of DevOps, and product development.
